This Privacy Policy describes how ScoreKeep ("the app"), developed by Coffee Machine Apps, handles information in connection with your use of the app on Android. By using ScoreKeep, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

None ScoreKeep does not collect any personal data. The app operates entirely offline and has no backend, no accounts, and no analytics.

Specifically, we do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or any account information
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage statistics or analytics
• Crash reports or diagnostic data sent off-device
• Photos or any media beyond what you explicitly add to a game memory on your own device

3. Data Stored on Your Device

ScoreKeep stores game data locally on your device using on-device storage. This includes:

• Player names you enter
• Round scores and game history
• Optional game memories: notes, location labels, and photos you choose to attach

This data never leaves your device. It is not synced to any server, cloud service, or third party. It remains on your device until you delete the app or remove individual game records within the app.

4. Permissions

ScoreKeep requests the following Android permission:

• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES — used solely to allow you to attach a photo to a saved game memory from your device gallery. Photos are read locally and stored on-device only. No images are uploaded or transmitted anywhere.

No other permissions are requested or used.

5. Third-Party Services

None ScoreKeep does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or cloud providers. There are no in-app purchases, no ads, and no social sign-in.

6. Children's Privacy

ScoreKeep is rated for users aged 13 and above and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone. Because no data is collected at all, there is no risk of inadvertent collection of children's data.

7. Data Security

All data remains on your device and is protected by your device's standard operating system security and encryption. Since no data is transmitted to any server, there is no risk of interception or third-party data breach originating from ScoreKeep.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Game data is retained on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can delete individual game records from within the app at any time. Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data.

Because we hold no data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete on our end.

9. Your Rights

Since ScoreKeep collects no personal data, there is no personal information held by us that you would need to access, correct, or request deletion of. All data is under your direct control on your own device.
